I spent 23 years as a teacher, and that part of me has never left. When I moved into real estate, building The Little Lady Sells Homes brand helped me stay memorable. People remembered me, what I stood for and who to call.
I went from 12 transactions to 28 in my second year. As my business grew, I got clearer about the work I love most: listings.
Today, my focus is helping sellers maximize their profit through thoughtful marketing and strong negotiation. I love creating the strategy, bringing a home to market and advocating for my sellers.

Is Bold LPT a real estate team?
Bold LPT is an independent-agent learning and resource community. Your sponsor and your team are separate choices. If you want a team, contact Christine to explore an introduction. Availability, team terms and placement are confirmed by LPT and the receiving team.
How do I choose Christine as my sponsor?
Start through Christine’s personalized LPT page and ask LPT to confirm Christine Gwinnup is recorded as your sponsor before submitting your application. A website link or team introduction does not guarantee sponsor attribution. Already affiliated with LPT? Ask Christine and LPT about your current options.

Your employing broker and LPT confirm your supervision plan, formal mentor assignment, contract-review arrangements and any program requirements or fees. Bold LPT education and peer support complement that structure. They do not replace it.
Do LPT Realty and LPT Network use the same tools?
Your onboarding guide separates the two brokerage paths. LPT Network real estate agents use Christine’s Order Marketing app; LPT Realty REALTORS® use LPT Connect for marketing. Confirm your company, employing broker, association and MLS requirements with LPT before transferring.
What is included, and when can I get access?
Talk with Christine about the current Bold LPT resources and your invitation after joining. Dashboard access and individual Canva, Drive, calendar and community permissions are arranged separately. Confirm all brokerage services, program terms and costs directly with LPT and your employing broker.
